Recruitment Specialist
Reporting to the HR Director, this position will drive and implement end-to-end talent recruitment, and deliver proactive, innovative sourcing solutions to support business growth.
Main responsibilities
Implement the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final evaluation and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse channels (LinkedIn, social media), with a focus on niche and technical roles.
Lead and support branding initiatives, including university partnerships, career fairs, tech meetups, and social media campaigns to elevate the company’s market presence.
Analyze and present periodic recruitment metrics and market insights to the management team.
Guide, mentor, and drive the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and support overall business objectives.
Onboarding: conduct and continuously enhance the onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration experience for new hires.
HR operation: collaborate with HR team to support Training & Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Engagement.
Execute other assignments as requested by the management team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, with proven experience in the IT industry or tech-focused sourcing preferred.
Ability to analyze data and market insights to identify trends and propose data-backed approaches.
Possess psychological intuition balanced with logical evaluation to assess candidate skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
Experience using diverse channels to source passive and niche talent in a fast-changing market.
An HRBP mindset to align recruitment objectives with business goals, driving professional processes with innovative approaches.
Fluent in both verbal and written English.
Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure database accuracy.
High confidentiality commitment.
Good organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and work effectively across teams.
Practical knowledge of Vietnam labor legislation and HR compliance.
