The Account Executive is responsible for the state of the agency's relationship and performance on assigned clients. S/He ensures that all recommendations drive our clients’ business whilst generating a strong commercial return. S/He is leading excellence in the Mx (Media Experience) services delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage briefs and lead all client actions on strategic accounts by excelling Mx.
• Maintain regular dialogue on campaign performance and market opportunities with all other teams to ensure client KPIs and objectives are met and support your manager to adjust strategy where appropriate.
• Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly and having quality control of all work that is submitted to clients. Optimize the campaigns.
• Write status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
• Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget;
• Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized.
• Establish the documents (quotation, purchase order…) and provide them to third parties.
• Support Business Unit Lead and Media Managers in overall servicing the client.
• Participate in media advertising campaign creation.
• Process media bookings into media buying tools.
• Ensure the campaign goes live and make sure deadlines are met.
• Participate in invoicing clients and managing disputes in cooperation with the controller.

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, advertising, digital, PR, communication.
• 2 years’ agency experience in similar roles, working in a global media agency is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints.
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
• Staying current on advertising/digital/marketing trends.
• Detail-oriented and critical thinking skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
