Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic member to join our dynamic team. As an Account Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in client servicing, project management, and advertising campaigns.

We are looking for a thinker, a doer, a maker, a go-getter, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams in day-to-day client servicing and project coordination.
• Support in creating project timelines, briefs, and status reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support project planning.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other client-facing documents.

Requirements

• Final-year student in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, committed to a full-time internship for 4 months.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or internships is a plus.
• Strong interest in account management and the advertising industry.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
