Job summary

We are looking for a highly creative, experienced, and hands-on Art Director to join our dynamic team. He/She will lead the design and visual concepts for various client projects, ensuring high-quality creative output that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. The position will report directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and creative concepts for integrated campaigns and marketing activities

• Visualize and execute ideas from conception to production

• Lead art direction for various campaigns, including TVC, KV, Innovation, Guerilla, Social, and Digital

• Play a critical role in client proposals and pitches

• Mentor and lead creative teams

• Collaborate with a Copywriter to brainstorm and execute ideas

• Work closely with account managers and clients

• Coordinate with team members across different media types

• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audiences

• Present concepts and designs to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary

• Ensure all visual materials produced adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and advertising

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field

• From 5 years of experience, proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an agency environment

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects and campaigns

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Drawing skills is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
