Senior Front-end Developer (React, NextJS, English required)
Job description
Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript.
Drive performance optimization through rendering strategies, code splitting, caching, and bundle management.
Define and implement front-end architecture, state management, and reusable component systems.
Participate in Agile development, including technical discussions, estimation, and code reviews.
Enforce clean, testable code, strong practices in testing, CI/CD, and design patterns.
Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Lead junior developers, provide technical guidance, and support problem-solving on complex frontend challenges.
Contribute to technical roadmap and strategic decisions.
Desired Skills and Experience
4+ years' experience in front-end development and design patterns.
Expert knowledge of React, Next.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with CSS pre-processors (Sass, Less, Stylus) and post-processors (PostCSS).
Hands-on skills in caching, optimizing and securing front-end applications.
Familiar with task runners and the build process: Webpack / Gulp.
Testing practices: experience with BDD and TDD.
Familiar with source control management: Git
Good communication in English.
Problem-solving skills.
Communication and collaboration skills: able to work independently and in a team environment.
